Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

If your item is damaged during shipment, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at admin@flcannabis.store with your order number and photos of the damage.

If a refund is approved for a damaged product, the item must be returned in its original sealed, unopened container within 48 hours of receipt. A return tracking number must be provided to Florida Cannabis Supply.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
