Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

This shipping and delivery policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main terms @www.flcannabis.com

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on holidays or weekends unless communicated with the owner.

If Florida Cannabis Supply is experiencing a high volume of orders, you may expect a few day delay as orders are received they are shipped out in the order in which they're received. I will have my shipment manager contact you in the event a delay may occur.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if any extra fees may incur.

In-Store Pickup

In-store Pickup is available 7 days a week from 9am till 8pm Monday through Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday's.

All orders $150+ gets free standard shipping and/or delivery (if available in your area).

Restrictions

No THCA sales products in Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa,​

Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon,

Rhode Island, South​ Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. No sales to Idaho, South Dakota, and Nebraska. 

 

*All customers must be 21+ to purchase with a valid ID to show your delivery person. Your name must match the order that was placed.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Same as regular delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to your email that is provided on our website as soon as the order is placed and the shipping process has started. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Florida Cannabis Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Florida Cannabis Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an item is damaged during shipment a claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving, and in order to issue refunds for purchased items they must be in the original sealed, unopened, new condition and within 48 hours of the original receiving date, a return tracking must be provided to Florida Cannabis Supply. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

International Shipping Policy

Customers will be given the calculated price depending on their location at checkout. Should any other fees arise the customer will be responsible for any and all fees. 

Returns Policy

All Sales are final, No Refunds, No Exchanges, and No returns
